Road Atlanta will host the second round of the 2017 MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Race Championship featuring Motul Superbike Class, Supersport, Superstock 1000, Superstock 600 and KTM RC Cup.
In 2015, the popular racetrack of Road Atlanta returned to the MotoAmerica series for the first time since 2012 with rain providing a thrilling backstop to all the races. And the race will be back for a third successive year in 2017.
The 2.54-mile, 12-turn layout has undergone major improvements since changing ownership in 2006, but it’s still famous for the unchanged set of “esses” that takes riders on a run downhill and toward turn five.
The circuit is also known for the red Georgia clay that outlines the track and further distinguishes it from the other venues in the series. Buy your tickets today, as gate prices will increase! Parking will be charged at the event when you arrive.
